Rejuvenation of the Arncliffe Centre in Halewood, Wales- The masterplan and its buildings cover a ground area of 66,500 sq meters.

The two main buildings are the Community Centre & Conference Centre, placed on either end of a large open gathering space with traditional bowling greens and water bodies.

The concept of the buildings originate from the traditional sloping roof seen in the town and represented with a modern twist. The roof floats above the water to give a sense of weightlessness, as though it just landed into the water with its outstretched wings.
