Winning Entry for Creative prize of a 154 sq km Masterplan Open International Competition for the City of Lishui in collaboration with Space Syntax.

The masterplan integrates

pockets of previous developments with a new time based, poly-centric growth model.

​

For the first time, to overcome unequal distribution of density seen in most cities around the world, this new growth model supersedes the 1960’s car driven urbanism to create a new era in urban planning through in Lishui masterplan.
